Pre-generated "dot" files on veritas and champion
Each new Veritas/Champion account automatically comes with the files and subdirectories listed below.
To view a listing of these files, while in the home directory of your
account, type the following at the Unix prompt:
ls -a
Note: File permissions are preset and should remain as is.
Altering or deleting these files may cause some programs to not work
properly.
Clicking on the file names below will bring up a copy of the file in its original state.
If you ever need to restore these, just copy and paste them back into the
home directory of your account,
giving the files the same names as listed here (including the preceding ".").
